About Molly and the Last Saturday Supper Club
I grew up in DownEast Maine in a family restaurant that’s still going strong after 40+ years, and have spent as much time as possible since then in the kitchen. My professional life has been in science, but the kitchen is my home and my playground, and honestly also my preferred research lab. Now, I live on six beautiful acres in Woolwich, Maine, with my husband Tim, our dogs Rocky and Charlie, and our pigs, chickens, and ducks.
I love to cook food that’s beautiful, comforting, and a little unexpected, and I love for my guests to feel full, happy, and at home. You’ll leave with new friends. As much as possible will come from our farm and our friends’ farms. Everything will be fresh!
